Property management is delivered in-house across the portfolio. A single team handles tenant relations, planned and reactive maintenance, contractor coordination, and statutory compliance. Tenants reach a manager who knows their building and their lease.

Lettings are negotiated directly with prospective tenants. Heads of terms are issued within five working days. Service charge accounts are open, itemised, and audited annually. We favour durable lease structures over short-term gain.
